Can you arrange just a flight, hotel or transfer?
Yes, you can book a full holiday through us or ask for help with just a flight, hotel or transfer. Let us know what you need and what you’ve already booked.
What happens after I make an enquiry?
We’ll get in touch by email, phone or WhatsApp, depending on what you’ve chosen. We may ask a few more questions, then look into options and go through them with you.
Can we discuss deposits or a payment plan?
Yes, just ask. The options depend on what you’re booking and when you travel. We’ll tell you the deposit amount, when the balance is due and whether you can spread the payments before you book.
What if my plans change after booking?
Get in touch and we’ll check what can be changed with the airline, hotel or holiday provider. Charges may apply depending on your booking. We’ll go through the conditions with you before you book.
How does support work while I’m away?
You can contact us with questions about your booking before you leave and while you’re away. We’ll also make sure you have the contact details you need for your trip.
